Lusso Salon Policies

All cancellations and/or reschedule requests are required 48HRS prior to your appointment time to avoid forfeiting any deposit paid. All clients are required to have a card on file for booking. Failure to call, text or email the salon receptionist to cancel or request a reschedule 48HRS prior to the appointment will result in a charge of at least $20 or 50% the total service balance. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more are subject to stylist discretion in order to keep the appointment.

For your safety and ours the Lusso Salon waiting area is closed. No extra guests are allowed during services to keep building headcount low. This includes parents at children's appointments; please plan for drop-off only. Bringing a guest will result in cancellation.

 

This policy extends to Lusso Salon. Various independent businesses of Lusso Suites may observe a different policy. Thank you for understanding and all your support of Lusso Salon!
